Hi Hellas-Expressz, welcome on board ;)

I don't know what this tower is for but it look not to be for sand or water
Lianokladi has a water tower and at least two water cranes. also this pipe looks too narrow for sand, and there is a hose connected somewhere there...

the only thing that's certain is the use of the tower as a TV antenna holder

Sand on steam locos and some early diesels used to be loaded from the top, as far as I understand.

I found a very interesting fuelling installation in Kalabaka station. It must be from 1951-52,when the first diesel trains came to Thessaly metre gauge Σ.Θ. network...

Last Easter I designed an HO model of this famous water tower of ΣΕΚ-ΟΣΕ. It is a printed resin model with photo etched details.
Although I have printed the water pipelines, they aren't shown in these photos. The model represent the prototype with the initial pipelines and valves.
It is based on ΣΕΚ blueprints of one of these water tower types. You can see this version at Domokos station. I have seen at least four types of similar watertowers across OSE facilities.

Well done Stefanos. Yoy have captured the lines of the real one!
A great addition to any layout or diorama!
